It is a good deal, though there’s something about using Legos to build a model that’s just going to sit there (as opposed to building something, then smashing it, and building something new) that feels a bit wrong to me.

Also, I think if I were going to buy one of these big Lego sets, I might need a deal on this one:

Ha yeah, I like building the models just as a str ess reliever, though you’re right, the most fun is building something new .

Yeah the Voltron set is awesome, but at $180, you really got to be a fan. Now if they bring out the Gobots or MASK set, I’ll be in trouble.

The TGV set is awesome, missed out when they had them on closeout, now they’re pretty much unattainable until they get re-released.
